Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moon Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
the following: CONTRACT 2025 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM The scope of work includes approximately 49,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, Superpave WMA binder course, Superpave WMA wearing course, base repair, traffic control, bituminous wedge curb, concrete curb and sidewalk, structure adjustments, ADA ramps, linestriping, roadway widening, add alternates for additional square yards of resurfacing, demo, concrete curb and sidewalk, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways in the Township of Moon, Township of North Fayette, and Township of Crescent. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township of Moon. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
