Renovation of a medical facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Request for Qualifications (RFPQ) is intended to establish a list of pre-qualified Mechanical Contractors who are eligible to submit competitive bids for the RJH Reverse Osmosis (RO) Replacement scope of work in the Royal Jubilee Hospital, located at 1952 Bay Street, Victoria BC V8R 1J8. The existing RO system at RJH is needing repairs, and will require a new system install and aged pipe replacement. The scope of the renovation will include, but not limited to, the following work: Upgrade the current RO water production and distribution system on the Level 2 interstitial space at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Provide new stand-alone RO Water Systems for the Ophthalmology and Microbiology departments. Upgrade the current water production and distribution system on Level 4 interstitial space which provides redundancy to the Level 5 Laboratory loop. Replacement of the aged piping in various parts of the current RO Water distribution. Coordination of work with FMO staff.
