The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Cinderella Village Water Main Extension as follows: Installation of 1,242 of 6", 1,310' of 8", and 3,343 of 12" HDPE pipe by horizontal directional drilling including hydrants, valves, services, and all other appurtenances. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%)percent of the contract price.
