Scope of Work: The work includes all labor, materials equipment, and disposal. The scope of services shall consist of, but not necessarily be limited to the following: Removal and replacement of existing roofing, flashing, insulation, and perimeter metal edge flashing and fascia, with new cold applied modified bituminous membrane roofing, tapered insulation, crickets and sumps, flashing, metal perimeter edge flashing and fascia. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. regarding Affirmative Action; State of New Jersey Prevailing Wage Rate Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.26 et seq.; and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding Ownership Disclosure. The Prime Contractor shall also be classified by the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) and possess a valid trade Classification in C068 Roofing Membrane Modified Bitumen, with a minimum aggregate rating of $3,000,000 or more at the time of proposal submission and contract execution.
