Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Tannersville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Bidders should pay particular attention to requirements regarding prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, equal employment opportunity standards, and all other federal, New York State and local requirements as well as M/WBE and SDVOB utilization goals. This project has been funded in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Adirondack Park Community Smart Growth Program through appropriations from the New York State Environmental Protection Fund (EPF). Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 1 Year Project Description: Contract For Rip Van Winkle Lake Park – Fabrication and Installation of Fishing Pier: includes all labor, tools, and equipment to fabricate and install a fishing pier in the park as detailed and illustrated on the drawings. Concrete Sono tube formed footings and the concrete pavilion floor are to be constructed by others. Site preparation, grading and final landscaping to be constructed by others. F.
