USE OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract Documents are available solely for the purpose of obtaining Bids and not to confer a license or grant for any other purpose. BID GUARANTEE: Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). CONSENT OF SURETY: A certificate is required from a surety company stating that it will provide bonds in the form and amounts as stated in the Contract Documents. No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this project.
