For the Civic Center Gym Ceiling Panels project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid drawn in favor of the City of Rocky River, or a consent of surety together with a certified or cashiers check or letter of credit on a solvent bank made payable to the City of Rocky River in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as prescribed in Ohio Revised . The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City. Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to examine the installation site prior to submitting a proposal. Meetings must take place no later than March, 7, 2025 and need to be scheduled in advance. The undersigned proposes to furnish: - Ceiling panels to currently exposed gym decking. - Panels should be non-perforated vinyl with heat sealed edges - Direct horizontal mounting hardware with painted washers & short self tapping screws to match desired panel color. o Color(s) to be decided by owner but neutral/off white in nature. - Field measurements/installation - Ladders (where applicable) o Lift may be available on-site (provided by owner) - Floor protection (plywood) will be provided by owner o Additional may be provided by vendor (no less than 3/4 ") - Samples & shop drawings to be provided.
