Work includes furnishing and installation of a two-ply modified bitumen roofing system, gypsum cover board, tapered insulation including crickets and saddles, polyisocyanurate insulation, flashings, base sheet, metal edge metal, expansion joint covers, gutters and downspouts and associated work specified herein.
