Site work for a municipal facility in Osceola, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The St Clair County, Missouri Commissioners are accepting bids for the purchase of and installation of three (3) Storm Sirens/public address systems on the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation property located at 5525 NE Scout Camp Road, Osceola, MO. These storm siren systems will replace the three current systems. These systems must be installed and operational by May 1, 2025. Each of the three-storm siren/public address systems must meet the following criteria: 1. Each of the siren systems must produce multiple tones omni-directional with an effective range of at least 3,400 ft from the modulators in all directions. 2. Each of the siren systems must be public address system capable. 3. Each of the three siren systems must be installed and mounted on new poles. 4. Each of the three siren systems must have battery backup with solar charging capability. 5. Each of the three siren systems must have the requisite number of amplifiers for the number of modulators. 6. These three siren systems must have central control on a desktop computer with controlling software and be capable of remote activation. 7. The three siren systems must be digital 2-way IP enabled
