Remove existing supply/return ductwork, valve boxes and associated controls, as shown on the drawings. Refer to drawings for items to remain. 2. Furnish and install new RTU-1 (with curb) to provide heating and cooling to the Lab Building, including all ductwork, insulation, accessories, and controls as shown on the drawings. 3. Remove and replace existing side wall propeller fans in the mechanical rooms as shown on the drawings. 4. Remove and replace existing electric radiant heaters as shown on the drawings. 5. Remove and replace existing lab fume hood exhaust fan (EF-2) as shown on the drawings. 6. Provide temporary cooling as required during construction when RTU is not operational. 7. Complete all applicable testing and balancing as required. 8. Provide new breakers, disconnects, duct smoke detectors, conduit, and wiring as shown on the drawings. 9. Coordinate temperature controls work that will be completed by Baker Group.
