Renovation of a water / sewer project in Florida City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA) seeks proposals for the installation of an Avigilon Alta access control system for the J.R. Dean WTP. Work must be performed in accordance with the attached scope of work (Attachment A). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete installation of the access control system. The work shall include: - System design and management. - Installation of conduits and low-voltage wiring. - Installation of door controllers, power supplies, wired card readers, and access control software. - Installation of locking hardware, including door strikes, magnetic locks, and electrified panic bars. - System configuration, programming, and integration with existing infrastructure. - System testing, troubleshooting, and training for City personnel. Such bids shall be for the following: Access Control System Installation for the J.R. Dean WTP, Florida City, FL 33034. The Governing Board of Directors of the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the Authority.
