The work for which bids are requested consists of approximately 4,600 lineal feet of street construction, consisting of Bituminous pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter removal, concrete sidewalk and driveway approach removal, clearing and grubbing of trees, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, borrow excavation, grading, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, retaining wall construction, bituminous pavement, and lawn restoration. First Street, Platt Street to Third Street. The construction of First Street shall consist of removal of bituminous pavement, removal of concrete curb and gutter, removal of concrete driveway approaches, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, spot repairing concrete sidewalk, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, retaining wall installation, sawing, sodding, seeding, epoxy crosswalk marking and detour signage. Vine Street, Third Street to First Street.
