The Project includes the following Work: o Installation of a pre-fabricated 12'x160' steel pedestrian bridge o Concrete bridge abutments o 10' wide afton stone trails o Sheet pile and boulder retaining wall o Clearing and grubbing o Associated site work Additional doc acq note: Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are on file at the following locations: Gourdie Fraser, Inc. at 123 West Front Street, Traverse City, Michigan, 49684. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 90 days after the actual date of Bid opening. A firm fixed-price contract award will be made in writing to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Question Deadline 03/29/2025 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
