Columbia Township reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids or to accept or reject any part thereof All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and Columbia Township as deter mined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration.
