The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is accepting Bids from qualified bidders to provide three (3) water elevation monitoring stations for evaluating hydraulic flow conditions of the upper Alston Creek tributary. Price quoted shall include all costs, including, but not limited to, services, labor, supervision, taxes, equipment, material, all as applicable, and any other costs incidental or otherwise. The initial contract period shall be for three (3) years, renewable annually after the initial period for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods for a total contract period not to exceed sixty (60) months, and effective from the date of award. Question Deadline 03/05/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online. This solicitation does not commit the Town to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Bid or to procure any Contract for the articles of goods or services. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to accept or reject any or all bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this solicitation, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
