Site work for a residential development in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is requesting Bids from interested and qualified bidders to install a perimeter and divider construction fence to be used as a laydown area for pending infrastructure projects. It shall be a new 6' high chain link fence with dust and privacy screening located behind GDC on 679 Coleman Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464, all in accordance with the attached drawing, requirements, and specifications contained herein. Services include conducting a site survey, ensuring that corner property pin locations are determined and marked, new fence installation and all clean up. All installation must be accomplished by trained installers. The price bid shall include all costs, but not limited to, ordering, delivery, shipping, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, permits, taxes, insurance, hardware, installation, clean-up and any other costs incidental or otherwise for the equipment.
