The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) invites firms to submit proposals in response to this request for proposals (RFP) for a consulting team to provide comprehensive On-Call Airport Planning Consulting Services at Ontario International Airport (ONT). The general purpose is to provide a variety of assignments at ONT for tasks related to all areas of airport planning, including terminal, airside, airspace, land use, innovation and any other capital improvement planning efforts requested throughout the length of the contract. The Consulting Team should have experience in all aspects of aviation planning and an understanding of the unique issues facing medium-hub airports. Question Deadline 03/14/2025 at 2:00 PM PT All interested vendors are required to submit all proposals and questions electronically. The successful Team(s) will be requested to enter into an on-call, task-based Master Contract. The Team(s) should anticipate entering into an agreement with the OIAA for a term of 3 years with 2 one-year extension options at the discretion of the OIAA. OIAA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals; to waive any informality in the proposals when doing so would be to the advantage of OIAA; to reject any unapproved alternative proposal(s); and to reject the proposal of any proposer who has previously failed to perform competently in any prior business relations with the OIAA. The receipt of proposals shall not in any way obligate the OIAA to enter into any agreement or any other contract of any kind with any prospective Proposer. The OIAA is the sole judge of the merits of the respective proposals received and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, reissue the proposal, perform the work in-house, or maintain the operation with existing contracts. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
