Site work for a water / sewer project in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Exterior: High pressure water clean (5,000 to 10,000 psi) and spot power tool clean to a SSPC-SP11 standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system. Wet Interior: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP10 near-white metal standard. Apply a three (3) coat zinc epoxy system. Pit Piping: Abrasive blast clean to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Cathodic Protection: Replace the impressed current cathodic protection system. Foundation: Repair cracks. Repair spalls. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system. Repairs: 1) Replace the riser manway gaskets. 2) Replace the wet interior roof hatch. 3) Install a flap gate on the overflow discharge. 4) Install a fall prevention device on the wet interior ladder. 5) Install a vandal guard. 6) Install a roof platform. 7) Balcony access modification. 8) Install a roof handrail with a painter's railing. 9) Relocate antennas to the roof handrail. 10) Install bowl rigging couplings. 11) Install a riser grate. 12) Install grounding rods for the structure. 13) Relocate the roof aviation light.
