This project has been cancelled and will readvertise Thursday, March 20, 2025. The Project includes the following Work: The installation of new water main and connections on Progress Drive, Short Road, Hardin Pike Road, Leon Pratt Drive, and through farm fields northeast of Leon Pratt Drive. Engineer's Estimate: $3,552,685.00 The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and various equal opportunity provisions. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
