Renovation of a golf course in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The project will consist of one main restroom facility located near the clubhouse and one outlying facility located on the course. The work to be quoted is described as follows: Restroom Number #1 - Construct a new restroom facility that is 20 ft by 24 ft with a connected 6 ft sidewalk (front side only) covered by a roof. The building will contain (at minimum) both female and male facilities that provide four (4) stalls or a combination of stalls/urinals. The scope of work includes all electrical, water and sanitary utilities, site grading, sidewalks and temporary erosion control as described in the full summary of work and shown on the attachments. Restroom Number #2 - Construct a new restroom facility that is 7 ft by 24 ft with two attached 12 ft x 24 ft covered roofs for golf cart access in an outlying area of the golf course. The building will contain two unisex restrooms. The scope of work includes all water and sanitary utilities, site grading and temporary erosion control as described in the full summary of work and shown on the attachments. Sealed proposals shall be clearly marked on the outside of the container with the Company Name, Address and Project Name. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
