Work to be completed shall include parking lot spaces (new and existing), curb painting, bus lanes, loading lanes - may include stenciling - and additional work related to outside sealing and painting of asphalt surfaces. To meet Kentucky Revised Statutes 45A.430 and 45A.435 purchase orders for construction that are issued that are under $100,000.00 will not require a bond. No work shall begin until the offeror has a FCPS issued Purchase Order in hand and has delivered the required Performance and Payment bond to the Department that issued the Purchase Order.
