**As of May 28, 2025, project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers awarded amount is $135,378.98 The work to be completed in conformance with the Contract Document for the mentioned project includes: crack filling all cracks spray patching all alligator cracks and pot holed areas application of Class A Black Granite Chip Seal on various streets, approximately 43,387 square yards The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price for the Base Bid made payable to the City of Monona as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The City of Monona reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Question Deadline: 03/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
