Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monona, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 22, 2025 was awarded to Vinton Speedway Sand & Gravel, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,965,883.41.** Kelly Place Stormwater Facility - to include: installation of an underground stormwater treatment device, tree removal, storm sewer removal, removal and replacement of an 8- inch sanitary sewer, installation of a concrete walking path, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City of Monona reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline 03/17/2025
