As of May 23, 2025. Project was awarded to Payne & Dolan for $161,281.90. The work to be completed in conformance with the Contract Documents for the mentioned project includes asphalt removal/milling and repaving. The project work includes the following areas: Lamboley Avenue - Shore Acres Road to Schofield Street Owen Road - Winnequah Road to Midmoor Road Owen Road - at Pheasant Hill Winnequah Road - Bridge Road to Bartels Street (partial LRIP grant funding). The Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price for the Base Bid made payable to the City of Monona as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. This project is in part funded by the Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP), through the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Monona reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
