This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION. PROJECT TITLE: SCI Laurel Highlands - Upgrade Camera System to IP ESTIMATED RANGE: .4 Electrical - $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES = (.4) $1,500.00 per day.
