2025 Bacardi Ave Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation Est. Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2025 This work includes the reconstruction of an existing gravel roadway with new pavement, curb and gutter, and storm sewer. As part of the project, 88th St W will be removed and replaced with a stormwater pond. SCOPE OF WORK This Project includes full reconstruction, curb and gutter placement, storm sewer system improvements, sanitary sewer system repairs and improvements, erosion control, bituminous paving, turf establishment, and adjustment of castings and gate valve boxes. The Work to be carried out under these General Requirements includes furnishing all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of the proposed improvements, complete in place as described in the Plans and Specifications herein. Minor appurtenances not specifically listed as bid items, but which are necessary to complete the project in a satisfactory manner, as shown in the Plans, will be considered incidental. The City reserves the right to add or remove quantities based on field conditions during construction. This will not result in contract unit price adjustments. An allowance has been included for Landscape Contingency. Payment shall be based on invoices submitted and approved for work completed to salvage and reinstall landscape structures and landscaping.
