The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Project for the construction of a parking lot expansion, concrete flatwork, bituminous trails, class 5 aggregate, storm water system, watermain, sanitary sewer, irrigation, and landscaping with an alternate tank system for water capture and irrigation reuse. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Inver Grove Heights in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the vbid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the vbid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bonds. The City of Inver Grove Heights reserves the right to reject any and all vbids, to waive any informality therein, and to adjourn the meeting to a later date for the purpose of further consideration of the vbids and taking action thereon. No vbid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of opening of bids.
