Project Description: In general, the scope of work is for the Contractor to provide labor, supplies and equipment to perform custodial services for eleven (11) buildings at the main campus at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) in accordance with the specifications provided. The length of the contract for three (3) years with a possible extension of (3) three one-year options to renew. Contractor to provide fourteen (14) custodians and one (1) Acting Lead/Supervisor to assist the University with general cleaning and disinfecting. Questions Submission Deadline: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. (PST)
