Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Undersigned for the following Bid No. 6536 - Vista West Continuation High School 5-Year Portables: Delivery and Installation. Submission Cut Off Date = (Deadline for Application submission to online) 03/05/2025 This applies to all prime and subcontractors with the following licenses: General Contractors (A and B), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C46). All prime and/or subcontractors must review the bid specifications to determine whether or not prequalification is required. State law and regulations adopted by the Office of Public School Construction required that State-funded programs have participation goals of three (3) percent for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) as defined in Public Contract Code 10115.1. To be considered, a firm or person(s) is required to meet the goal or to make a good faith effort to meet the DVBE participation goals as specified in the regulations. In order to perform the work required by this contract, contractor must possess the following type of license/certification issued by the State of California: B or C47. The Board of Trustees of the Kern High School District reserves the right to reject all bids and/or waive any irregularities in a bid.
