Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bedford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bedford Area School District Security Camera System The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Site Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of the school premises to determine optimal camera placement. Camera Supply: Provide NDAA-compliant Axis cameras suitable for indoor and outdoor use. (M3125-LVE, P3265-LV(E), M4317-PLVE, P4705-PLVE/Pr707-PLVE, P1467-LE) Installation: Install cameras and necessary wiring, for the project to be completed by August 8, 2025, before the start of the 2025-26 school year. Configuration: Set up the cameras with appropriate network configurations and integrate them with existing IT infrastructure. Testing: Perform functional testing to ensure the system meets performance and coverage requirements. Training: Provide training for designated school personnel on camera operation and maintenance. Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance, including regular system updates and troubleshooting. The vendor will warranty all labor and hardware for at least 5 years. The warranty period will begin on the date of project completion. School Building Information Bedford Middle School, 440 East Watson Street, Bedford, PA 15522. Bedford Middle School currently has a Honeywell Analog Camera System including 48 indoor cameras and 5 outdoor cameras with 4 DVRs.
