REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL for Energy Generation and Energy Storage Services at McCain Valley This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes Minimum Qualifications Standards which must be met in order to prove Contractors ability to complete projects of this scale. This Request for Proposal (RFP) requires eligible bidders design, build, own, and operate Energy Systems on state owned property. In order to reply to this RFP, bidders must pass all Minimum Qualification Standards described herein. In submitting your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) response and price bid submittal, you must comply with all instructions as provided in this RFP. In the opinion of the Office of Sustainability (OS), this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. All questions and requests for information must be submitted in writing as instructed in this RFP.
