Lake Zurich Police Department HVAC Control System Replacement The Village of Lake Zurich is requesting bids from qualified firms and/or individuals for a HVAC Control System replacement within the Lake Zurich Police Department. The Work is to be started and completed in 2025, and shall be completed within the timeframe submitted on the Bid Form. The successful bidder shall warrant and guarantee that the bid price will be firm and that there will not be an escalation at time of service. A bid bond or certified check payable to the Village of Lake Zurich for 10% of the bid total is required with the presented bid. A 100% performance and payment bond will be required from the successful bidder. The Village of Lake Zurich reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality or irregularity in the proposals received, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional proposals or counter-proposals and to hold the proposal for sixty (60) days from the opening date set forth above.
