Maca Pool Steel Slide Structure Restoration Bidders must use the forms available online as no other will be accepted. Proposals must include a price for each item in the Bid Proposal form. Incomplete proposals will be considered informal and will not be considered. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company participating in the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty, in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each bidder shall submit either a Bid Guaranty bond in the amount of 100%, OR a certified check in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to the CITY OF TALLMADGE.
