Site work and paving for a civil project in Genoa, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Genoa, DeKalb County, IL – Genoa Water Service Replacement subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: erosion control, trucking, traffic control, landscaping, boring, HMA paving, soil testing, pre-construction video recording and material suppliers. All interested qualified disadvantaged businesses should contact IN WRITING (certified letter, return receipt requested), Christopher Wood, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. Bids will be evaluated by the ability to do the work in time allowed and by the price, with equal consideration given to each criterion. Subcontractor will have to supply a Certificate of Insurance naming Elliott & Wood, Inc. as additional insured. All negotiations must be completed prior to the bid opening date of Thursday March 27th, 2025. Scope of Work The PWSLP can only provide funding for the project scope approved in the Project Plan. ALL changes must be explained and justified in writing and receive Agency approval. Changes to the approved scope of work may require a Project Plan amendment.
