Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kentwood, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Foundation and site grading for a fire training building including installation of retaining walls, concrete driveways/sidewalks, water main, and storm sewer. Also includes installation of a confined space training network of manholes and sewers. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for with local funds. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Kentwood in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. Work may begin no earlier than May 1, 2025. The project shall be complete by and ready for final payment by August 31, 2025. It is expected that the contractor will make consistent progress on the project once construction starts.
