The work shall consist of the hydraulic dredging and placement of up to 1.8 million cubic yards of beach-quality sand from a permitted offshore borrow area located in the Gulf of Mexico upon43,100 ft of Gulf-front shoreline in Escambia County, FL; surveys; environmental monitoring; safety and security measures; permit compliance; tilling and final grading; pavement and property restoration as applicable; to the requirements indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. In advance, questions or requests for clarification regarding this ITB should be submitted via Online. The Santa Rosa Island Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities.
