Cedar Ave Sidewalk Construction The City of Renton, in accordance with the provisions Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: Construct the Cedar Ave Sidewalk. The work includes but is not limited to: reconstruction of approximately 100 LF of curb, gutter and sidewalk along Cedar Avenue South, fronting 601 Cedar Avenue South, terraced modular block walls, reconstruction of cement concrete stairs and railings, a curb ramp and surface restoration.
