Site work for a mixed-use development in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Scope Of Work: - Cut out and remove feed tank. - Fabricate new feed tank onsite to a 34"DIA x 108" tank with 1/4" thick wall. - Will use existing stand to mount new tank. - Install new feed tank. - Tank will have a 12x16 manhole access. - Install new piping from tank to boiler feed line piping, with new check valves, valves and strainers. - Reconnect return lines, vent lines, pipe in feed lines, vent line and drain line. - Install (2) 1hp Stainless Steel feed pumps. - Install (1) new McDonnell Miller 51 float control. - Install (4) McDonnell Miller float controls. - Install 32" sight glass assembly. - Install thermometer with well. - Test on completion. - Install new 1 1/2" check valves and ball valves on boiler #1 and #2. - After testing, paint tank with high temp black paint. Have Tanks Insulated..........optional. Pickard Feed Tank Replacement Only Prequalified Various Trades Deadline to submit Questions Mar 4th 2025, 1:00 PM CST
