Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and swimming pool.

Repairs to the existing pool shell including the removal of the existing plaster finish and the installation of a finish system. The removal of existing tile lane markers, targets, diving boards and score boards and installation of new. The existing pool return lines and gutter system shall be refurbished. New finishes in the natatorium including new ceramic tile on the pool deck, new paint throughout, new acoustical treatments and new LED lighting. All associated pool equipment shall be replaced and upgraded. New Pool dehumidification unit, condensing boiler and associated ductwork. The natatorium team rooms shall be completely renovated and upgraded to include new finishes and lighting. Several Alternate Bids (all will be add alternates): 1) Remove all existing ceramic tile and existing setting bed in the pool deck area in lieu of ceramic tile overlay. 2) Revisions to Locker Room A layout to add new public entrance vestibule with exterior canopy, and concrete pad with sidewalk extension. 3) Remove existing 1970's era roof top unit over Wrestling Room and Training Room and replace with new roof top unit.
