All questions received regarding the project will not be acknowledged. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. The deposits of bidders, other than the one to whom the contract is awarded will be returned after execution of the contract. A Non-Collusion Affidavit, Nondiscrimination Clause, and Bidder Affidavit are required for this Bid. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. South Middleton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of South Middleton Township.
