Demolition and site work for a residential development in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
BID SECURITY shall accompany each bid submitted in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the Base Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond required by and in the form provided in the Contract Documents. Each bond shall be in a sum equal to 100% of the Contract Price, shall be executed by a surety company satisfactory to the Owner and shall be in compliance with the Bid Documents. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. All inquiries regarding bid conditions or bid items shall be made in writing to Ryan Frey, Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds at 717-218-5828 or via email at rfrey@smsd.us. Any inquiries shall be answered by written addenda issued to all parties having obtained a bid package. Bidders shall not rely upon oral responses.
