Site work for a mixed-use development in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of January 18, 2024, construction of this project has commenced, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, necessary equipment, other utilities and facilities, and to otherwise perform all work and services necessary for or incidental to and otherwise perform all obligations imposed by this Agreement and to faithfully perform and complete all of said work connected therewith in full and strict conformity with the Contract Documents and this Agreement and to demonstrate and make good any guarantees and warranties therein required and contained, for all of which things faithfully and fully performed and completed for the following items (hereinafter the Work) Item 1: Spring Meadows Park Athletic Fields and Playground Construction In general, the Contract involves the grading of 2 athletic fields, associated erosion control, grading, seeding, extension of an existing water line, and excavation of a pad for the installation of a large playground and exercise area (by others). *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
