Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sunset Drive(T502) from a point 180ft. West of Oak Drive to/and including Cul-de-sac and HillTop Drive(T355) to Mcland Drive (T650) intersection. Mill full width of roadways from curb to curb, 1 1/2" depth maintaining the crown in center of roadways.Mill notches at all street ends. Mill as necessary at inlets. Township will haul away from mill and retain millings. Oil and Chip Seal surface. Lay out centerline, clean surface of loose material. Pave 1 1/2" compacted depth overlay curb to curb. Seal all joints and curbs (excluding manholes and valve boxes). Contractor may not proceed until township has completed adjusting manhole heights and repaired inlet boxes. As of August 21, 2023, the project was awarded to thelowest bidders as follows: Alexander Spring Road/TyleyCourt- Pennsy Supply, Inc. - $ 161,825.50 South View Neighborhood (Hilltop Driv, Sunset Drive)- Pennsy Supply, Inc.- $197,457.78 Zion Road- Wilson Paving - $125,176.32
