The Town of Wakefield reserves the right, without qualification, to reject any or all proposals they deem nonconforming, non-responsive, unqualified or not in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right, when it's deemed to be in the best interest of Wakefield to negotiate contract terms with the selected contractor to award the proposal in its entirety, in part, in any combination or not at all and/or select the proposal or combination of proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Wakefield. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to submit their best proposal from a technical and cost standpoint. The Bidder/Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to this project. The total proposal price shall have all associated costs including but not limited to the following: o Instillation of Drywall including taping and painting of Sheet rock o Insulation of some walls and area where pipe burst occurred, box in area of concern where exposed pipes are located. o Some ceiling repair and replacement of ceiling titles. o Flooring replacement to match (as best as possible) existing floors o Possible items added at time of bidders viewing.
