Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking a Supplier to provide all labor, supervision, materials, goods, consumables, equipment, reports, evaluations, engineering, tools, drawings, manuals, documents, shipping, and any other items and activities necessary for the procurement of one (1) 48in differential settlement joint. This Owner-procured settlement joint will be installed by a Contractor, under a separate, forthcoming PWP construction project bid. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Questions specific to the Bid should be submitted electronically via the online Time of Award: The award, if made, will be within sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of Bids. Truckee Meadows Water Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids received. Bonds: The successful contractor will be required to provide the Bonds as indicated in Article 5 of the General Conditions, unless otherwise indicated in the Purchase Agreement TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all non-conforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised
