A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of Bid amount is required for this Project. Royalties, Licenses and Patents: Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall pay all royalties, license, and patent fees. The Contractor warrants that the materials to be supplied do not infringe any patent, trademark or copyright and further agrees to defend any and all suits, actions and claims for infringement that are brought against the RTAA, and to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the RTAA from all loss or damages, whether general, exemplary or punitive, as a result of any actual or claimed infringement asserted against the RTAA, the Contractor or those furnishing materials to Contractor pursuant to this Bid and subsequent Contract the RTAA reserves the right to not award a contract for any work herein; the issuance of this ITB does not guarantee any subsequent award.
