Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
CP #: 25-505-110-04 Scope of Work: Remove three (3) brick planter boxes, cap water lines, repair six (6) pipe column bases, infill and compact area of removed planters. Provide new concrete walkway in specified areas and install new benches. NOTE: Structural drawings and graphics are intended to be viewed and printed in color. Contractor needs to print all project drawings in color. Low $81,900.00 High $100,100.00 Schedule: Onsite work to begin on or after June 13, 2025 The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance as phased in the Special Notifications. Work shall be completed on or before August 1, 2025 All questions shall be submitted in writing directly or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 4:30 p.m. (Local Time) on March 12, 2025. During this active solicitation there shall be no personal contact with any WCSD employees or other parties associated with this project directly. All inquiries shall be done in writing as stated above. Each individual bid shall be accompanied by a surety company issued Bid Bond or by a Certified or Cashier's Check made payable to the Washoe County School District, in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, said amount to be forfeited to WCSD, should the Contractor to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract in accordance with the Contractor's bid and any other contract documents and furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after the delivery of notice of such award. Bid Bonds, upon request, or deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon signing of Contract, or within forty-five (45) days from bid date, whichever is earlier. The right is reserved by WCSD to reject any and all bids or accept the bid, which is deemed by WCSD to be in the best interest of the school district. WCSD also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
