The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. Construct arch over Wolf Pack Way at south entrance. The site construction duration is anticipated from late summer into the fall semester of 2025. Events during that time period that may effect work are to be determined. The project siting is in a sensitive location requiring high levels of safety with consideration to pedestrians and vehicle access. Material staging and construction access areas are limited. Access impacts to adjacent buildings will need to be coordinated with Facilities Services. Estimated Cost Range: $700,000 to $800,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Liquidated Damages: $500/day Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Equipment Floater, and an Installation Floater will be required. Riggers Insurance will be required if a crane is used. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "June 16, 2025" and shall be fully complete by "November 14, 2025."
