Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Stanley, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 14,800-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Summary:The County of Page is requesting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to provide construction services for the Emergency Medical Services Administrative Offices and Training Facility project. The project includes the buildout of 5,800 square feet of space within an existing 9,000 square foot one story building. The space will include offices, a gym, training center, conference room, a lounge, bunk rooms and storage areas. The work will include but is not limited to demolition, building walls, painting, plumbing and electrical work, and installing cabinetry, countertops, insulation, doors and frames, hardware, ceiling, toilets, shower, and appliances.
