The Project Consists of Three (3) Lift Station Rehabilitation Projects. The Project Descriptions Are Listed Below. The Projects Include, but Are Not Limited to, the Following Work: Lift Station 3 Rehabilitation: Removal of Existing Riser Piping, Underground Valve Vault and Identified Electrical Equipment. Installation of Above Ground Stainless Steel Piping Assembly, New Stainless Steel Rising Piping, Approximately 20 Linear Feet of 6-inch C900 Dr-18 Pvc Force Main, Temporary Bypass Pumping, Abandonment of Existing 6-inch Force Main Pipe, Associated Electrical Upgrades, and Site Restoration. Lift Station 6 Rehabilitation: Removal of Existing Riser Piping, Underground Valve Vault, and Identified Electrical Equipment. Installation of Above-ground Stainless Steel Piping Assembly, New Stainless Steel Rising Piping, Concrete Doghouse Manhole, Approximately 25 Linear Feet of 6-inch Force Main Pipe, Water Service Connection, Associated Electrical Upgrades, and Site Restoration. Lift Station 15 Rehabilitation: Removal of Existing Riser Piping, Top, Slab, Underground Valve Vault, and Identified Electrical Equipment. Installation of Above-ground Stainless Steel Piping Assembly, New Stainless Steel Rising Piping, Approximately 25 Linear Feet of 6-inch C900 Dr-18 Pvc Force Main, Temporary Bypass Pumping, Lift Station Top Slab and Hatch With Fall Protection, 5-foot Diameter Doghouse Manhole, Removal of Existing 6-inch Diameter Force Main Pipe, Associated Electrical Upgrades, and Site Restoration. Bids Will Be Received on a Unit Price Basis as Described in the Contract Documents. A Bid Bond is Not Required. Performance Bond Pursuant to 255.05 Fl. Statute in the Amount of the Total Bid Shall Be Required. The Proposal Shall Be Firm for a Period of Ninety (90) Days From the Date of the Public Opening. The engineer's estimate is $2.9 million.
